Machine Description
Machine rests on hardened swing joints and steel springs on three legs
Incorporates two mechanical and dynamic balance switches; if unbalance occurs, the machine reduces its speed and gives an alarm
When machine is loaded, the cover can be opened and closed manually
It brakes automatically after squeezing and the cover is opened pneumatically
The working time of the machine can be adjusted to the desired values from the control panel
Machine operation performs the operations fully automatically, equipped with various operator alerts
Control panel is made of ground stainless steel
External basket is made of stainless steel; it can be mounted and disassembled on the bottom table
Inner basket is made of stainless steel material, drilled in suitable diameter and pitches
Machine legs: the legs on which the machine body is mounted are suspended with specially designed springs and have the ability to absorb vibrations that occur; foot shaft and materials are made of specially processed high strength steel
Covers: made of stainless steel; they automatically open and close with a pneumatic piston; the machine cannot operate unless the cover is closed and the cover cannot be opened before the machine stops
Safety systems: it has a vibration sensor and a safety system to prevent excessive vibrations
