A variety of raw materials are placed onto the transfer lattice of the Bale Opener.
The whole bundle of raw material is fed together, saving labor.
The raw material is sent to the lower row of the upper hand by the epithelial curtain.
The raw materials are mixed and opened by the beater, dropped on the curtain, sent to the beater to mix, and then discharged onto conveyor evenly.
The beating rollers in the machine are designed well enough to open up the fibers very properly.
The special pattern in the spike lattice and the aluminum nails are unique attributes the machine bears.
Material
The spiked lattice incorporates the latest aluminum alloy and stainless steel needle structure, which is exquisite in appearance and firm in structure, and solves the problem that the original wooden curtain is easy to drop nails.
The transfer lattice incorporates black high-quality PVC curtain, which has good flexibility and wear resistance, and its service life increased by 80% compared with other PVC curtain.
The three beating rollers can break up chemical fiber when feeding the whole package of chemical fiber.
The opening uniformity is good, the existence of chemical fiber is eliminated, and the accuracy of weighing is improved; no weighing control, the fiber opened would be continued dropped on the lattice via feeding device.
