  3. Operation
    1. Fiber opening and filling machine
    2. Preparation: install machine firmly, place hopper machine behind fiber opener, connect flange at fiber opening bottom with filling machine input using plastic tube and clamp, plug fiber opening to 3-phase power supply and air pump, press starting button and verify rotating direction matches picture, clamp fan feeding machine outlet with plastic tube and binder, connect other side of plastic tube with mixing machine 1003, open electrical box of fiber opening machine, connect power supply, and shut electrical box.
    3. Machine start-up: press starting button on electrical box, turn switch to "FOR" position, observe belt running direction (correct direction is toward machine inside); if direction is incorrect, press red stop button, turn switch to "STOP", exchange two power supply lines, repeat movement until belt runs toward machine inside; both belt direction and big idler wheel rotation must be toward machine inside; open side door to observe big idler wheel rotation if needed.
    4. Material feeding: after machine runs empty for 15 seconds, operator can place polyester evenly on working belt; polyester thickness must not exceed 6 cm to avoid affecting carding effect; fiber being puffed out through outlet indicates proper operation; if only fiber opening is purchased, worker must continuously clear fiber from bottom outlet using a wooden stick (do not use hand, as it is dangerous).
    5. Notice: do not open any cover board while machine is running; ensure machine runs well and plastic tube connection is firm before placing polyester on belt; if anything unusual occurs, press red button and turn switch to "STOP".
  4. Special Notice
    1. Do not put more than 6 cm thickness of material on the belt.
    2. The machine cannot card spray-glue cotton, as it will damage the machine.
    3. The machine is only suitable for the above-mentioned material; other material is not suitable.
    4. Do not dismantle machine accessories not allowed by the introduction.
    5. Turn off the filling machine first, then turn off the opening machine.
  5. Maintenance
    1. Regularly clear up fiber remaining in the machine each day.
    2. Regularly lubricate the gears and chain wheels inside the machine.
    3. Keep the machine and surroundings clean.
  6. Safety Notice
    1. Must assure the machine is connected to earth very well.
    2. When the machine is running, do not open any cover; do not stretch head, arm, or other body parts into the machine.
    3. While clearing up the machine, first switch off the power supply; after clearing all fiber remains, screw the top cover and side cover firmly.
    4. After finishing work, switch off the power supply.
