Recycling and cleaning machine
Carding wire type: licker-in
Signal use for cleaning all kinds of dirty fiber (bloom yarn, carding fly, cotton cleaning)
Usually joint with carding wire opener together for recycling kinds of wastage of textile (e.g. hard waste, fabric, denim, hosiery, polyester, and so on)
Specifications
Diameter 250 mm and 400 mm, maximum up to 600 mm
Difference specification carding wires on each licker-in for keeping the fiber length and remove the dust and mote out
The dust dish is adjusted according to difference material
Capacity maximum up to 200 kg/hour
The quantity of cleaning licker-in shall depend on the raw material and customer’s requirement
