Bale Breaker 03E
The bale breaker is able to load 2 bales of raw material at once in order to save labor cost.
Custom bale breaker size according to different requirement.
Anti-deviation conveyor system which will protect the belt long life.

Fine Opener 01EA
The machine main structure is produced by computerized laser cutting machine in order to have stable quality and long life.
Anti-deviation device for the conveyor that keeps long life without damage.
The cylinder and rollers are covered with v-wire to open the fiber at a higher opening rate without damaging the conveyor, worker, and main cylinder, so that we can adjust the speed according to different material and different opening rate.
It can be used for micro fiber also.

The fiber blower is used to feed the opened fiber into fiber ball forming machine by air switch control system that works very evenly, meanwhile it will not be affected by static electricity.

3-Way Duct Device (Option)
The 3-way duct device is mainly used to feed the raw material to different directions according to the operation mode adjusted by the PLC program.
By the 3-way duct distribution, you are able to make 2 types of fiber final production filling: ball fiber pillows and regular fiber pillows.
Easy to adjust by the program on the control screen.

Ball Fiber Machine 04CB
The down-like ball fiber machine is able to make 2.5D fiber up and 25 mm-64 mm polyester fiber according to different requirement.
Adjustable ball fiber size and capacity that is able to reach different range of the fiber ball and finished production quality requirement.
With reasonable design and technical balling date adjustment, the finished ball fiber is able to hold warm air and keep the production fluffy enough.
It is able to pass the top range washing testing requirement by top range producers.
The vibration hopper has been specially designed for non-woven producing machines, especially for opening, balling machines etc., which is able to feed the raw material into the processing machine evenly in order to produce uniform web quality.

The material discharging and input will be controlled by the photo cell signals in order to have free material movement and not to have any fiber stuck, so that the finished production is fluffy and high quality.
