Spiked lattice is high quality PVC lattice, with thick canvas backing and angle steel supporting.
Horizontal feeding lattice is high quality anti-skipping leather lattices, one in front of the spiked lattice and one behind the spiked lattice.
Diameter of averaging and stripping rollers with pins: Φ380 mm, with three lines of pins on, the ends of the roller are anti-fiber-tangle.
Vibrating plate is made of 1.2 mm thickness stainless steel plate, polishing and no fiber-hanging.
Two photo electricity are relatively placed in the collector hopper and feeding hopper, and distance can be adjusted for 30 cm.
Worm wheel manually adjusts the width of vibrating feeding hopper and adjusting range is 100 mm.

Four rollers for feeding with diameter Φ65 mm, anti-metal protection device is used at the material input of machine, which could test the metal and has auto-stop warning.

Edge-suction system is equipped in 4 places and the dust particles will be transferred to special dust cage.
