Four machines included: item 001, item 002, item 003, and item 004.
Item 001: Fong's MK9-140-2T machine, year 1996.
Item 002: Fong's MK88-2T50 machine, year 2000.
Item 003: Fong's Eco-88-2T machine, year 2005.
Item 004: Fong's Eco-88-2T machine, year 2009, model Eco-88-2T, type T70, Eco-88 series.
Fong's high speed dyeing machine.
Fabricated from fine quality corrosion resistant stainless steel, grade 316Ti/316L/316/1.4571/1.4404/1.4401 for major parts wetted by dyeing liquid and subject to pressure loading; parts wetted by dyeing liquid only are fabricated from grade 316L/1.4404/SAF2304.
All pressure parts and components are designed, manufactured and inspected according to the technical specification PD5500 by BSI.
Body Shell
Body shell containing storage chamber, self-lubricating PTFE tube, delivery tube, nozzle housing safety valve and service door; design temperature 140 deg C, design pressure 3.5 bar.
Standard nozzles for fabric forward and reverse running.
Both M size nozzle, suitable for fabric weight ranging from 100 g/m to 300 g/m, provided for each tube; nozzle pressure indicated by a pressure gauge.
Spot light for each tube.
Base frame of the machine is constructed with galvanized mild steel.
A thermometer and pressure gauge for vessel are provided and mounted on the body shell.
Service platform with FRC plank grating.
Fabric Transportation System
The lifter reel is driven by a motor with a frequency inverter for speed control; a lifter reel speed indicator in m/min is provided at the machine operator panel.
Stainless steel unloading scaffold, with take off roller and speed reduction gear motor.
Releasing device including jet reversing control (not available for Eco-88-1T T12) and fabric tangling alarm.
Circulation System
Heavy duty stainless steel centrifugal pump with mechanical seal and bearing stand; 3-phase induction motor with frequency inverter for varying the speed of main pump, coupling, guard and base plate.
Circulating pipe including pipe from machine body to suction side of pump and pipe from heat exchanger to nozzle housing.
A frequency inverter is provided to regulate the pump flow rate for controlling the nozzle pressure.
Pipework and Level Measurement
Body shell automatic pressurized and depressurized system with manual release valve.
The machine is filled and drained by pneumatic control valves.
Rinsing function allows the fresh water to flow into and the process liquid to overflow from the machine.
The amount of process liquid inside the machine is shown by a level indicator with magnetic float and red-white roller indicator; magnetic sensors are provided for controlling the fill function.
Service Tank
The dyestuff and chemical additives can be prepared in the service tank which is equipped with pneumatic fill valve, pneumatic drain valve, pneumatic flow return valve, manual direct steam heating valve, bubble sensor and level scale.
The tank is equipped with feed pump stirring function and analog dosing system.
Automatic Functions
Liquid temperature control.
Operator call signal for loading/unloading.
Sampling operator call signal.
Dyestuff injection call signal.
Main pump start/stop control.
Fabric tangling release.
Programmable fill/drain/overflow rinse.
Program end call signal.
