NovaStar, QT139, Mask Vibration Tester, 40 Samples Capacity, 50-150 r/min (New)

Description

  1. Overview
    1. Used for pretreatment of mechanical strength of masks and respirators under specified conditions.
    2. Related standards: GB2626.
  2. Instrument Characteristics
    1. The device consists of a steel box, steel platform, cam, drive and control system on which the sample is placed.
    2. The steel box is fixed on a support that can be moved vertically, and the steel box is lifted by 20 mm (that is, the cam amplitude is 20 mm ± 1.5%) through the rotation of the cam vibration.
    3. The mass of the steel box should be greater than 10 kg, and the mass of the steel platform should be at least 10 times the mass of the steel box.
    4. Place the side of the sample in a steel box, and place it in a way that the samples will not contact each other during the test. 6 mm horizontal movement interval and free vertical movement distance are allowed.
  3. Technical Parameters
    1. Cam rotation frequency: adjustable from 50 r/min to 150 r/min.
    2. Sample clamping size: 10 mm to 700 mm adjustable.
    3. Working time: arbitrarily set within 0 to 100 min.
    4. Number of samples: up to 40 samples at a time.
