    2. Wadding line for sale consisting of individual positions as mentioned below.
    3. Some machines are in good condition, well maintained and kept modern.
    4. The machines are already working together for wadding and the line can be completed by a winding station, if requested with a printer to print your company logo to the material and some more machines.
    5. All machines mean a line that is working together already.
  2. Nonwoven Cards For Minicard
    1. 4 pieces, 2000 mm working width, year of construction approx. 1973.
    2. Entry and take-off with servo drive.
    3. Suction for workers.
    4. The machines have a pre tambour and a main tambour, both tambours are 850 mm diameter.
    5. Presently used for speeds of approx. 150 kg/h.
    6. The machines are fed by for box feeders.
    7. The box feeders have electronic scales made by HBM and sack air separators.
    8. All machines are with frequency controlled main drives 22 kW AC.
    9. Three machines are with newest ABB frequency controller type ACS 600.
    10. All machines are converted to separate servo drives.
    11. Control devices are ABB Axodyn devices.
    12. Machine control by AEG Logistat A020 control.
    13. Edge suction on three machines.
    14. Below the cards conveyors with suction ventilators are installed.

    5. Steam heated, 7 x 3-floor-fields, length of 1 field = 2,700 mm (some fields are prepared for gas heating, but gas was never used).

    11. This is a good machine also for heavy materials. Since the machine allows a long stay of the material in the drying channel it offers a great range of applications. Due to the floors it is also possible to do different finishings on the two material sides just in one pass through of material. It also allows a thermo fusion and has some more advantages.
    12. The Dornier type dryer gives a constant and even air feeding at good drying temperatures.
