    2. All polypropylene extrusion equipment was purchased new or rebuilt and operated only a couple of months for trials.
    3. Two complete extruder lines available.

    1. Purchased new and installed 1991.
    2. Davis Standard 3.5" extruder, model 35IN35, serial # K232599948, 1987 year, 30:1 L/D, Shackleton Systems 100 hp (dc), 500v, 1750/2000 rpm, 5.67:1 gearbox rated to 158 hp, 13" diameter motor pulley and 21 1/2" diameter gearbox pulley, air-cooled, 6 barrel heat zones, at least 4 die zones, melt flow indicator, heat blanket, new spare screw, Auto Screen continuous screen changer.
    3. Carrier chiller, model 28CW1620DB1066-K and 28CU1120MB1066-K, serial # 24-91-030, with heat exchanger.
    4. Hills spin beam and quench system, 4 position, Fischer Porter control system.
    5. Grieve oven for preheating spin packs, double door each side, for flow through operation, 650°F.
    6. Zimmerman hoist and loader for transporting spin packs from Grieve oven to spin beam.
    7. No take-up winders but can supply Leesona 959 take-ups, if desired.

    9. 1st stand with 20 hp 460v.
    10. 2nd stand with 30 hp 460v.
    11. Steam valve and assorted plumbing for steam chest (not available).
    12. Fleissner type 584 tension stand, 1987 year, Reliance 5 hp 500v, 1750 rpm, SC2113ATCZ frame, tension rolls have been removed and are not included.
    13. Fleissner crimper stands, proprietary crimper heads have been removed and are not included. Stands available with (2) 15 hp Reliance dc motors, 500v, 1750/2300 rpm, SC2512ATCZ frames, with 1/2 hp fans. (10) Nichols Zenith water metering pumps, 1/2 hp motor, with controls, 3.6-72 rpm.
    14. Finish tank, dual heaters with mixer, controls. Zenith finish pump 6-120 rpm.
    15. (1) Fleissner 5 drum tow dryer, steam heat, stainless steel 38" wide drums, 25' long, drum perforations (4) 6.5" wide with 1.5" solid strip between perforations on the first (4) drums, last drum has (2) 6.5" perforations in center of drum. Complete with all controls, steam valves, etc. Chromalax temperature controls.
    16. Allen Bradley motor control center, 4 x 600 amps, plus other cabinets and transformers for line.
    17. All available books, prints, manuals, etc. will be included with the sale. If buyer can move quickly, buyer could have all piping, etc.

    2. Automatik 3.5" extruder, 1989 year, 32:1 L/D, 75 hp, 16.5:1 gearbox, 500v 2500 rpm.
    3. Linn spin pack preheater, type MLW 75-45-35, 1988 year.
    4. Nurnberg chiller, type MB45/DM, 1989 year.
    5. Automatik spin beam and 2 position quench, controls.
    6. No take-up winders but can supply Leesona 959 take-ups, if desired.
    7. (2) Barmag godet stands, 1989 year, (7) 8" diameter x 14" wide rolls, 4 rolls over 3 rolls, individual and master controls, steam valves, fittings, pumps, etc.
    8. 1st stand with 9-7/8" diameter x 19" wide nip roll, last 4 rolls heated, 460v, 50-1890 rpm, kw 0,530-20.

    11. (1) Proctor & Schwartz conveyor dryer, 1989 year, 78" wide x 35' stainless steel conveyor belt, steam heated, (185°C / 365°F 300 psig), 1' entry and exit conveyors. Product #424338, K-24340 480v, 90 amp. Air velocity through the tow mat 350 fpm in dryer zones at 185°C and 287 fpm at 29.7°C in cooler. Motor requirements 15 hp – zone 1, 2x7.5 hp – zone 2, 5 hp – zone 3, 1.5 hp exhaust, 1 hp belt drive. Dryer will exhaust 1600 cfm + 24% excess air for total exhaust capacity of 1975 cfm. Exhaust fan has range of 1900-3000 cfm. Air flow split as follows: zone 1 – 15K cfm, zone 2 – 11K cfm, cooling – 6.4K cfm. Steam consumption ~530 lbs/hr at 185°C. Inverter drive. Hole arrangement to provide for open area of 41%. Allen Bradley PLC.
    12. Motor control center switchgear and transformers for line.
