Maximum spring unit's width: 200 cm
Type of spring units: Bonnel, continuous, pocketed, LFK, etc., with or without flat steel strip border frame
Paper: extensible craft paper (spring paper) maximum roll diameter 80 cm, bore diameter 75 mm; one or two rolls of paper can be used; other suitable wrapping material can also be used
Wire of coils: due to adjustable pressure available on the pressure roller, practically any coil wire can be used (as long as the paper is strong enough)
Expected production: 5-6 rolls per hour can be produced depending on the operator's skill/experience and number of units per roll and type of innersprings
Maximum roll diameter: absolute maximum diameter 70 cm; a warning signal is given when the roll exceeds the diameter of 65 cm; diameter 60 cm is recommended so that 4 rolls will fit exactly a container's width and height
Electrical power supply: maximum 7.5 kW consumption
Compressed air supply: about 6 kg with a consumption of less than 0.01 m² per roll (per cycle)
