    2. The production rate can reach up to 70,000 springs per 8-hour shift, which is more than double that of a pocket spring producing machine.

    6. The bonding quality is the best to date compared to that of conventional machines. The bonded strips cannot be separated without tearing the pockets.
    7. The dimensions of the glued area can be easily altered, by replacing a simple stamping module.

    9. Glue temperature is maintained relatively low (120°C, 248°F), eliminating hazardous fumes and risk of melting the non-woven material.

    12. Production of various shapes, suitable for couches, pillows etc., can be easily programmed. Several parts of different shapes may be produced simultaneously.
    13. The machine may be delivered with either a double or a triple spring feeder for automatic selection between springs with three different stiffness levels.
    14. The cutting mechanism cuts and seals the non-woven simultaneously. This way, the strip of pocketed springs may be cut at any point – no “empty pocket” is required.
    15. The number and dimensions of inner spring units for a whole day’s production may be programmed.
