The second line started running in 1997 comprised second-hand machinery bought in the U.S. and new machines bought in Germany. Its production is 550 tons/month.

Dryer – crystallizer (with dew point – 40 degrees C in the humidity of the entering air) from Aquafil (Germany).
2 extruders – spinning beam – with their packs and dosifying pumps – and collecting wall from Eastman (U.S.).
Godet filament collector and toothed wheels from Neumag (Germany).
Sets of drafts including crimper and cutter from Eastman (U.S.).
Press from Lummus (U.S.).
Press for tow from Piratininga (Brasil).
