  2. Extruders
    1. Four 3.5" Davis Standard Mark V 30/1 L/D electrically heated, air cooled extruders
    2. Gearbox belt driven by 125 hp 1780 rpm vector ac motor with Allen Bradley 1336 impact vector drive, 460/3/60 volt ac input
    3. Gearbox has a 17.39/1 reduction ratio and is rated at 158 hp with 1.25 service factor
    4. Each extruder is mounted on portable base with casters
    5. Two extruders have a 68" centerline height, one has a 55" centerline height and one has a 61" centerline height
    6. Two 2" Davis Standard Thermatic 30/1 L/D electrically heated, air cooled extruders
    7. Gearbox is belt driven by 30 hp 1780 rpm ac vector motor
    8. Each 2" extruder is equipped with 60" centerline height and mounted on portable base with casters
  3. Screen Changers
    1. Four 3.5" Dynisco model EH-35 hydraulic slide plate style screen changers
    2. Two hydraulic power packs with approximately 5 hp motor and accumulator
    3. Two 2.5" Dynisco model EH-25 hydraulic slide plate style screen changers (mounted on 2" extruders)
  4. Gear Pumps
    1. Four Dynisco model MSDP-240 gear pumps, each driven by 15 hp vector ac motor with inverter
    2. One Dynisco model MSDP 155 gear pump driven by 5 hp ac motor, mounted on the die cart
  5. Die and Co-Extrusion Block
    1. One 54" Cloeren sheet die and co-extrusion block
    2. Co-ex block is presently set up with six entrances
    3. Co-ex block is mounted on manually adjusted die cart
    4. Inc Cloeren 54" die has upper flexible lip, fixed removable lower lip and 45 degree restrictor bar and deckling provision
    5. Die equipped with three feed entrances: one is back center, one is bottom left and the third is bottom right
    6. Current gap opening is.304"-.404" (7.7 mm-10.2 mm)
  6. Sheet Take-Off
    1. 58" wide Davis Standard Ex-M-Plar sheet take-off with three nominal 36" dia mirror finish chrome plated rolls mounted in a vertical arrangement for upstack operation at approx a 65" centerline height
    2. Each roll driven by 2 hp 1160/3600 rpm ac vector motor with cone drive gear reducer with 1800/1 ratio
    3. Roll gapping is actuated by 7.5 hp hydraulic pumping system
    4. Sheet and thickness sensing is automatically controlled via Enerpac automatic pressure adjustment and NDS 54" wide beta gauge
    5. Roll temperature control via three zone built onto frame system with 10 hp pumps, heaters and heat exchangers
    6. Includes 68' long idler roll cooling conveyor with two 54" wide by 36" long air cooling tunnels each with top and bottom blowers
  7. Pull Roll Station
    1. 58" wide pull roll station with nominal 8" dia rolls and 2 hp vector ac motor with cone drive gear reducer
