  1. Overview
    1. Complete air-jet weaving machine unit consisting of Sulzer L5100 and L5001 looms plus compressed air supply.
    2. Complete knitting mill including circular knitting machines and finishing equipment.
    3. All weaving machines are excellently maintained and ready for operation; the facility produced until October 2002 (dates of manufacture 1985-1991).
    4. Half of the weaving machines have a cleaning blower and suction device, which can be extended to all machines.
    5. A comprehensive depot of spare parts (optimally organized) exists.
    6. All weaving machines have at least 2 warp beams as basic equipment; 27 warp beams with warp yarn exist and can be used for training purposes.
    7. The facility is currently located in an air-conditioned hall (assembled ready for production); supply with pressurized air is located at the lower level and the weaving machines are supplied via a compressed air ring main.
    8. If required, technical support can also be given based on separate agreements and separate fees.
  2. Weaving Machines
    1. 16 Sulzer L5100 shaft control, central treading motion 8 shafts, speed up to 800 rpm, 2 color weft, storage TE, nominal width of machine 190 cm.

  3. Compressed Air Supply
    1. 4 Kaeser screw compressors: 3 ESB 300, capacity 1744 m³/h; 1 FSB 440, capacity 2586 m³/h.
    2. 1 buffer storage 10,000 L.
    3. 3 refrigeration dryers type 180 FB and T2850, adjusted to capacity.
    4. 1 Bekomat oil separator.
    5. 1 micro filter Kaeser KF340.
    6. 1 heat recovery device EVS3 (can be used to heat office rooms).
    7. 1 micro-processor network control MVS6.
    8. The capacity of this unit is sufficient to supply up to 100 weaving machines.
  4. Production Capabilities
    1. Air-jet weaving machines are particularly suitable for the production of light to medium-heavy woven fabrics made of filament and spun yarns.
    2. Fabric weights of 100 to 400 g/m² in simple shaft patterns.
    3. Widths of finished fabrics of up to 180 cm are possible.
    4. At an assumed weft density of 28 weft per cm, the annual capacity is approx. 3.3 million meters with three shifts per day and an annual working time of 244 days.
    5. Capacity utilization may reach 90% if the flow properties of yarns are good.
    6. The fabrics produced can be woven with colored yarns or dyed in the piece and processed.
    7. The qualities produced are primarily used in sports and recreation.

    3. 14 Mayer & Cie circular MLPH knitting machine for loop plush qualities one or two colors, raised frame for large rolls / 4 tracks, cylinder diameter 26 inches, gauge E18.
    4. 8 Albi circular RCU 4PL-2 and 4PL-GTL knitting machines for loop plush qualities one or two colors, raised frame for large rolls / 6 tracks, cylinder diameter 24 inches, gauge E20/24.
    5. The knitting machines are suitable for the production of high-quality loop plush for automobiles and other applications.
    6. Fabric weights after finishing can amount to 200 to 450 g/m².
    7. With a cylinder diameter of 26 inches, the fabric widths may amount to 140 to 165 cm according to finishing.
    8. Annual output of a knitting machine amounts to approx. 73,200 meters.
