Completed with a drying device, a diathermic oil-heating boiler, a dry transportation device, an extrusion system (feeding silo, extruder, polymer filter), spinning heads and pumps, spinnerets parcels, quenching system composed of blow cells, oiling device, yarn cutting-aspiration system, take-off heads, electric doffer for picking-up of the bobbins. Composed of 20 Cognesint take-off heads model GRL M6, 1 Cognesint head mod. GRL M6, 1 Cognesint head mod. GRL M6.
    3. “B” spinning line, fully computerized and automatic with central command control effected by means of Ghisalba command boards for the production of polyester continuous yarn. Completed with a drying device, a diathermic oil-heating boiler, a dry transportation device, an extrusion system (feeding silo, extruder, polymer filter), spinning heads and pumps, spinnerets parcels, quenching system composed of blow cells, oiling device, yarn cutting-aspiration system, take-off heads, electric doffer for picking-up of the bobbins. Composed of 8 Cognesint take-off heads model GRL M6.
    4. “C” spinning line, fully computerized and automatic with central command control effected by means of Thermoalfa command boards for the production of polyester continuous yarn. Completed with a pneumatic humid transportation device, a dry transportation device, an extrusion system (feeding silo, extruder, agitator), spinning heads and pumps, spinnerets parcels, quenching system composed of blow cells, oiling device, entangling system which is composed of 1 Cognesint take-off head mod.
