The tank drain will be manual operated large size to cut down on drain line
Wide width overflow openings with drain channels will be provided
One (1) direct steam pipe will be provided
Cover unit will be furnished with: hinged doors with spring counter balance, viewing windows
Fabric handling system will be furnished as follows:
Two (2) beam rolls will be fabricated of type 304 stainless steel with journals to accept heavy duty bearings and couplings
Two (2) type 316 stainless steel immersion rolls in Graphalon bushed bearings, will be provided
Two (2) type 316 stainless steel pendulums equipped with heavy duty adjustable bow bars to maintain fabric expanding and centering
Two (2) type 316 stainless steel rolls located on pendulums
Adjustable stainless steel spring system to load pendulums
Fabric loading/unloading system:
Machine will be equipped with A-frame loading brackets, rollers, bowbar, and auxiliary motor for loading/unloading with A frame
Hydraulic drive system — to provide desired fabric speed and tension will be furnished as follows:
One (1) hydraulic power unit will include: pump, electric motor, manifold, valves, oil cooler, filter, gauges, pipes, hoses
Two (2) hydraulic motors couples to beam rolls
One (1) auxiliary hydraulic motor with coupling to power take up when loading/unloading
Manual valve to adjust desired constant tension
Computer control and electrical equipment - standard computer control will maintain following functions:
Automatic operation which controls: temperature, speed, number of passages, left and right control, sample counter, sample passage, balancing during warming-up, balancing after cycle, “end of program” warning buzzer
Loading and unloading
Manual operation in both directions
Computer will display: left roll counter, right roll counter, passage counter, preprogrammed speed, actual speed, preprogrammed bath temperature, actual bath temperature, sample counter, sample passage, process functions: manual, automatic, balancing warming up, sample, acceleration, deceleration, direction
Electrical equipment will be furnished as follows: motors, starters, status lights for hydraulic
