For covering core yarn (elastic or non-elastic core) as well as plain ply twisted yarns
The plant can produce core spun or any covered elastan yarn for denim, suiting fabrics, sportswear, knitted fabrics, underclothes, socks etc. using single or doubled filament or spun yarns with optimum range between 15 nm to 270 nm
It can also twist without elastane or lycra
Specifications
Core thread: elastanes from 8 up to 1000 dtex or non-elastic core threads
Covering material, parallel wound on flanged bobbins (pertinax flanges): all kinds of yarn and blended fibers, nm 270 up to nm 10 and coarse textured filament yarns, from 150 dtex
Capacity: i.e. 30/2 ne yarn - 2000 kg/24hs at 95% efficiency (if used without lycra for plain ply 20% more)
Power consumption: 380 v / 3 / 50 hz; load 42 kw motors for twisters and 6 kw for assembly winder
Equipment
