    1. One E&L LG 0401 full width scroll roll assembly for dry or damp fabrics, 1900 mm maximum fabric width, consisting of:

One single roll steering roller assembly: the single roll steering roll guider consists of one (1) pivoting idler roll to pre-guide the fabric from the J-scray to the SWA 7514 segmented roll guider. The edge of the fabric is detected by an FR 0901 retro-reflective edge sensor. The guiding roll and frame is pivoted by an AG 0621 DC linear actuator. Each unit consists of:
      1. One AG 0621 DC linear motor actuator with tachometer feedback, a linear speed of 0.6” (15 mm) per second and a stroke of +/- 6.89” (175 mm) stroke

    3. The single roll steering roller assembly will be mounted at the exit of a scray or the conveyor prior to the entry into a print range. The web will be in a relaxed state. This guider assembly is used for pre-guiding prior to an SWA 7514 segmented roll guider.

Model TR45 web guide system features an electrically actuated tracking roll assembly having a low friction roller bearing suspension system, assuring a fast, accurate response under medium web tension. The functional, easy to maintain design permits either a “U” or a “Z” type web path and fits easily into most applications
      2. Model TR 4520 edge only guiding (style 2A) tracking roll assembly unit having two (2) 80” roll face by 6.25” diameter idlers and a correction span of 40”. The unit provides +/- 3” of correction for a web of 1850 mm (72” maximum width). The sensor is positioned for guiding by the right or left edge of the web
