  1. Overview

    2. Cnc computerized continuous foam manufacturing line used for continuous production of flexible polyurethane foam (maxfoam) with density range of 9 to 50 kg/m³.
    3. Capable of automatic cutting of foam into different sizes according to client requirements.
    4. Equipped with additional safe doors and viewing windows on two sides, plus additional passageway for viewing on two sides.
    5. Numerical control enables accurate and convenient rationing during the whole production process.

  2. Automatic Formulation Function
    1. The computer automatically generates a formulation for reference and calculates the dosage of material when density and color are input.
    2. The computer automatically checks if the formulation is correct when material input is provided.
  3. Costing Function
    1. The computer automatically displays the input of chemical material and the output of foams in each foaming production.
  4. Printing Function
    1. All information including formulation, input of chemical material, and output of foams can be printed.
    2. Exact data can be used to strengthen management.
  5. Electronic Metering System
    1. Metering system uses advanced electronic metering pumps from the U.S.A. and monitoring equipment.
    2. Through the computer, it displays formulation dosage of 12 groups of chemical material and actual supply in figure or diagram.
    3. The metering system automatically adjusts with great precision when actual supply does not meet formulation requirements.
    4. This function is the base to produce good foam and reduce unnecessary wastage.
  6. High Speed Mixing System
    1. Uses two-step mixing with low pressure and high speed.
    2. Makes the foam’s air holes fine and smooth.
    3. Presets cycle cooling and automatic cleaning functions.
  7. Adjustable Oven System
    1. Width of two moving side walls can be adjusted for producing different width foam.
    2. Height of six-step raising platform can be adjusted for producing different density foam.
  8. Automatic Cutting System
    1. Computerized control.
    2. Can change cutting length at any time.
