Complete 4-nozzle line that opens polyester staple fiber from the bale and fills pillows, cushions, sofa backrests and other bedding and upholstery products.
The bale opener with hopper feed meters fiber into the fiber opener, the transfer fan blows the opened fiber into the mixing silo, and the silo feeds 4 filling fans with foot pedal valves.
Line output: 200 to 250 kg/h (441 to 551 lb/h); each filling nozzle fills up to 70 kg/h (154 lb/h).
New 12-piece set for 230 V, 3-phase, 60 Hz power.

Fiber Bale Opener with Hopper Feed (Ref L-1572)
Opens the fiber from the bale and feeds it evenly onto the fiber opener's feed belt, saving manual labor.
Feed capacity: 75 to 350 kg/h (165 to 772 lb/h), adjustable to match the fiber opener.
Entry feed conveyor, inclined spiked lift apron with variable speed drive, and 2 stripping drums.
Photocell level control.
Feed conveyor width: 980 mm (38.6 in).

Opens and cards the fiber into a soft, even fill for the filling stations.

Carding section: main cylinder and 7 top carding rollers with metallic card clothing.

Mixing Silo with 4 Outlets (supplied with the line)
Stores the opened fiber and mixes it evenly, so every filling station draws a uniform fill; also mixes feather and shredded foam.
4 filling outlets, 1 for each filling fan; unused outlets can be sealed.
Belt-driven mixing shaft, side access door and automatic stop on overload.

Each fan draws fiber from a silo outlet and blows it through the nozzle into the pillow or cushion cover.
