Process Description
Unwind stand for original substrate
Passes through a plastic (adhesive) coater applicator as used was with LDPE powder which was applied to the substrate
This was then passed through a heating section be conveyor, and the second laminate material is applied and "nipped" therein at that point
The entire web then passes a cooling section where cold air is "impinged" onto the web both bottom and top and then moves out of the laminator section to the winder
This line can coat or laminate, whatever you wish
Included Items
Accumulator to allow for changes of rolls, or to splice additional laminated web onto the web for large roll build up
Sewing machine station
