Line Components
Menzel filament glass laying unit, including steel wire conveyor, 3300 mm wide, entry for laying/feeding length filaments (roving). Gross filaments are fed by 17 laying devices Hauser. Laying direction and density are controlled and programmed by centralized computer.
Fehrer needle machine, down stroke, type NL 9/S, working width 330 cm, max. 5000 needles/m, 1300 strokes/min, stroke height 60 mm, delivery speed 1.5 – 15.0 m/min, installed power 37 kW, sound insulating room, all production figures are controlled by centralized computer.
Menzel mat laying device, laying width 2800 mm or 2 x 1400 mm, laying length 2500 mm, pneumatic circular cutting blades for edge trims and mat width, 2 laying devices for splitted mat and 1 laying/rolling device for full width mat.
Control cabinet for whole line.
