  2. Specifications
    1. Capacity per charge is about 150 kg and depends on the type of article
    2. Drying / tumbling time is 20-30 min, depending on temperature and type of article
    3. Time is understood for non dried article directly from the hydro extractor
    4. Article is loaded through a loading winch onto a 1.650 mm width PE conveyor / belt
    5. Belt has a regulable speed of 2 - 10 m/min and carries the article to the air nozzle
    6. Nozzle injects air into a 15 m long VA2 stainless steel tumbling channel with the speed of 400 m/min
    7. Air circulation originates an opening of the article and a very good mechanical tumbling effect
    8. In the channel there is the possibility of direct steam injection
    9. Article is finally laid back on the PE conveyor / belt and is transported once again to the air nozzle
    10. With 150 kg loading, 1 cycle takes about 50 sec, meaning 30 minutes tumbling time corresponds to 36 cycles
    11. Desired air temperature in the tumbling process is set electronically and is maintained during the process
    12. Air is steam heated in a 22 m2 heat exchanger
