Process Description
The raw yarn will be knitted into tubes on circular knitting machines.
After this, they will be dyed with padder.
Then they will be printed through different engraving rollers (4-color print for 3d effect).
Later they will be fixed by steam.
After this, they will be washed.
Then avivage for getting smoothening, antistatic and adhesive effect.
After that the tubes will be dried.
At the end, the slitted (opened) tubes will be wound-up onto yarn cones.
