Easy to operate with a start/stop control
Unwind Section
Single position driven and guided unwind accepts 24 inch maximum roll diameter
Equipped with a composite 3 inch button type air shaft that drives the unwind shaft through a chain and sprocket
Opposite end of the unwind position has an 8 inch Horton air brake
Unwind is guided with a Fife edge guide with air sensing head
Web Path and Intermediate Section
After unwinding, the web proceeds over 141 inch face width idlers
Section is equipped with a Red Lion predetermined counter
Includes razor slitting with 6 holders
Includes a lighted inspection and splice table section
Rewind Section
Rewind is driven by a 0.75 hp Browning motor with right angle gear box and Warner electric clutch/brake
Includes a dc motor controlled via a Warner variable speed drive control, 220 volt, 60 cycle, 3 phase
Equipped with a late model clutch/brake torque control (2 channel fine adjustments), model CBC300, which controls the electric clutches on the unwind and rewind positions
Rewind position is equipped with a 3 inch diameter composite button type air shaft
Composite shafts are built to be exceptionally light
Two standard steel type 3 inch diameter button air shafts are also available
Controls and Operation
Simple switch allows the machine to be reversed (can go forward or backward)
