By changing raw materials and forming method, other special sizes can be made. Machine No. 1: Automatic Dental Cotton Roll Forming Equipment Uses absorbent cotton web with gram weight of 110 g/m² and width of 30 to 50 cm in roll. Makes dental cotton rolls 30 to 50 cm wide and diameter of 8 mm or 10 mm as common standard. Length: 30 to 50 cm or others. Diameter: 8 or 10 mm or others. Production capacity: 60 to 80 pieces per minute. Machine No. 2: Automatic Surface Adhesive Coating Equipment Machine No. 3: Automatic Drying Equipment Dries the adhesive-coated dental cotton rolls at a preset temperature of 80 °C to 110 °C. Machine No. 4: Semi-Automatic Cutting Equipment with Air-Cushion Worktable Dried dental cotton rolls are delivered to containers or a work table. Workers hand-wrap them into bundles of 20 or 10 pieces (each piece is 30 to 50 cm in length) with packing paper. Quantity of pieces per bundle depends on the customer’s market.
