Non-woven cutting, perforating, and rewinding machine
Used to cut and perforate large and wide non-woven fabric rolls or paper rolls into required width and perforation length, and simultaneously rewind the pre-cut and perforated rolls.
Prepared materials are used in processes such as medical non-woven gauze compress folding equipment, alcohol pre-pad equipment, industrial wet wipe paper equipment, and home wipe pad equipment.

Unwinding and rewinding of material rolls are done by automatic tension control system.
Air-expansion rollers are used for unwinding and rewinding of material rolls.
Pairs of scissor-style circular knives are adaptable to various raw material characteristics and convenient for cutting with various width adjustment.
Air blower is used for waste edge removal.
Cutting, perforation, and rewinding length are all controlled at the control panel.
