Specifications
Each cylinder has a separate rotary joint, flexible tube for steam of DN25, flexible tube for condensate of DN20, and steam trap on the condensate return
Steel frame size: 600 mm
Main steam inlet: DN80
3 headers of DN65 for each column
Each DN65 header has a separate isolation valve (globe valve), pressure gauge with siphon, and safety blow valve
Working steam pressure: 0.2-0.3 MPa
Maximum pressure rating: 0.6 MPa
Test pressure: 0.7 MPa
Drive System
Each column is driven by a separate geared motor of 5.5 kW with belt and pulleys on the shaft of all cylinders
Belt tightener to adjust tension of each belt
Exhaust and Hood
Cylinder dryer covered on top with an SS-304 x 1.5 mm thick exhaust hood supported on MS frame
MS frame/supports for the hoods are all included
One exhaust blower for the hood
Suction and discharge ducts of SS-304 x 1 mm thick sheet are all included
Safety and Accessories
Platforms with side railing and ladder on the dryers, 1.2 m left and right sides and between cylinder dryer stacks 1-2
Safety mesh cover on the drive side
