General Features
The machine encases all your cushions with a strong polyamide (nylon or polyester) cover giving a smooth, firm finish so that it easily slides into the cushion case.
The stockinet also protects the fabric cover or the foam piece itself from abrasive damage.
The machine puts a stockinet cover onto all shapes and sizes of cushion one after the other, without the need for adjustment between cushion size.
The cycle time is about 10 seconds per cushion.
Anyone can operate the machine: place the cushion between the arms, approximately 10 seconds later the piece will be covered.
The welding unit seals the stockinet at both sides, sealing length is circa 50 mm (2 inches).
There is accurate temperature adjustment on the welding system to obtain the best quality seal.
