The machine is composed of a pressing cone with motorized belts.
The wadding roll, placed on a cradle, is manually inserted into the pressing cone, automatically wrapped, and deposited on a discharge roller.
At the exit there is a cylinder where the bag can be applied.
Technical And Operating Description
Pressing machine consists of a truncated cone having entering cm. 110 and a cylindrical part for the exit of product.
On the cylindrical part is inserted the plastic bag which receives the pressed roll.
Inside the truncated cone section, there are 12 conveyor belts which follow product and provide to its pressing.
It is possible to insert rolls of different lengths, as all devices are independent from product length and any machine adjustment is necessary.
By advancing within the structure, the pressed roll goes out from the cylindrical part.
An operator inserts the bag in the cylinder outlet.
Working process has the following steps: 1st product entering, 2nd pressing, 3rd packing, 4th product exit.
Product Dimensions
Entry: 110 cm.
Exit: 65 cm.
Theoretical Production
70 rolls/hour
Options
Motorized conveyor belts at the entry for automatic insertion of the roll into the pressing cone.
Conveyor belt for automatic insertion of the roll into the pressing cone.
Conveyor belts are composed by two sections.
The first section consists of a cradle with lower motorized belt to transport the roll to the second section.
The second section consists of two motorized belts (lower and upper). Upper belt is mounted such in a way to bring the roll and press to be able to enter the pressing cone of wadding presser.
With suitable controls by means of photocells, it is also possible to sack single rolls of mt. 1, as they are automatically spaced one from the other.
