Specifications
Produces non-woven material in weight 60 - 400 g/m², of width up to 360 cm.
Fibres needed for production: 4 - 15 dtex, length approx. 60 mm.
Production capacity: 100 - 430 kg/h.
Due to the big span of the knives, the line has the possibility to cut the material for many pieces.
Applications
Used in furniture industry to fill in the profiles in furniture.
Softening layer in upholstery.
Inserts for sleeping-bags and quilts.
Mattresses and pillows.
Inserts for filters.
Condition
During 1.5 year of operation, the user did his best to get the best quality of the final product, so he had to keep the line in perfect condition.
The following parts were replaced: card wire (Graf), burners in oven (consequently the gas consumption has been reduced; the burners have 3 years guarantee), the isolation seals in the oven and in the doors (thus the emission of heat was reduced), isolation in ventilation, bearings, tapes and others.
