Asphalt recycler produces 350 degree asphalt straight from the machine and places it immediately where and when it is needed, even in sub-zero temperatures.
Adding strong bond additive or asphalt cement into the recycler results in greatly enhanced adhesion behavior.
Recycler operation is friendly.
Specifications
Uses a diesel oil fired burner.
Powered by a dependable, economical diesel engine for electrical and hydraulic components.
Burner fires into a tumbling drum; the drum is baffled so the flame has very little contact with the asphalt to prevent scorching.
Rap is gently separated and heated and showered through the burner's indirect heat output.
Asphalt is melted, becomes liquefied, and is remixed into a high quality, consistent hot mix.
Processing time is approximately 10-12 minutes from a cold start, and 6-8 minutes from a warm machine.
Operation
Simply load the asphalt (rap) into the storage tray on top of the machine, then activate the tipping cylinders, pouring rap into the drum.
Material can be deposited into a loader or directly into the repair location.
Machine can also be elevated to load a transport unit.
