    1. A hydraulic pump included as well as a Capitrol Temptrol two zone oil heater

    1. Equipped with Durant electrical counter and a mechanical counter
    2. Main drive is a 20 hp dc motor to a gearbox which drives the calender rolls
    3. Equipped with a Spectrum I solid-state dc drive, 480 volt, 3 phase, 60 cycle
    4. Dancer roll controls the speed
    5. Speed is 30 fpm min to 330 fpm max
    6. Pressure is 1370 pli max

    1. Can be operated using all 4 steel rolls or cotton, steel-to-steel, cotton configuration
    2. Previously been used for thermo bonding 20" wide non-wovens
    3. Allows for bonding of nonwovens on either side, front and back side of web
    4. Allows for pressures infinitely adjustable for minimum to maximum values
