  3. Construction and Design
    1. The C 132 is a full steel construction
    2. Frame and knife device as well as cross girth are made from very strong profile iron and are electrically welded
    3. On the lower knife device is a double lower knife with adjustable slot width (one knife is swivelable) (German patent)
    4. The upper knife is easy to change and is mounted into a planed knife holder
    5. There are also the down holders with their adjustable spring cylinders
    6. Before and after the knife device is a driven roller table, so that the material can easily go through the machine
  4. Cutting Mechanism
    1. Cutting is controlled by an excentric bar
    2. The excenters (on the excenter bar) run the knife bar by excentric rods
    3. In the knife bar the sawtooth knife is clamped and the down holders are mounted
    4. The knife bar is guided straight by needle bearings
    5. If knife bar goes down, down holders touch the material first
    6. As soon as a special pre-tension of the spring controlled down holders is reached, the knife bar placed between the down holders takes action and cuts the material
    7. Drive is a geared brake motor which is connected to the excenter bar
  5. Operation
    1. Suitable for cross cutting of all usual nonwovens and other materials
    2. It is possible to cut the material automatically to a pre-adjusted length
    3. The cutting device repeats the adjusted cutting length automatically
    4. The machine can be operated manually and automatically
    5. Cut pieces are taken away manually
