Fabric infeed
Made of 16# channel steel.
Consists of debatching device, active plaiter, compensator, fabric tension control, cloth guider.
Capacity of scray is 400-500 m.
2-bowl padder
Cast iron frame. Piston is compressed on the top. The bottom roller is loaded, covered with SUS321 stainless steel dia. 250 mm.
The upper roller is passive, covered with hardness 85A±3 nitrile-butadiene rubber, dia. 250 mm.
Reduction motor value is 3 kW.
3-bowl padder
Cast iron frame. The piston is compressed on the top. The bottom is loaded, covered with hardness 85A±3 nitrile rubber, dia. 300 mm. The middle roller is covered with SUS321 stainless steel, dia. 250 mm.
The upper roller is passive covered with hardness 85A±3 nitrile rubber, dia. 300 mm.
Reduction motor is 7.5 kW.
Net belt steamer
Building block structure. Heat transfer oil temperature protection flat structure. Heating pipe adopts 1’’ steel pipe to avoid drop. Two wall plate adopts 4 mm stainless steel.
Roller in pre-steam area dia. 200 mm, covered with 2 mm SUS321 stainless steel, capacity is 40 m.
Outside rolling bearing, stainless steel mechanical sealing.
Center distance between high and bottom rollers: 950 mm.
Single net belt structure to get nice steaming effect. Net belt made of SUS316L stainless steel.
Capacity: approx. 3000-3600 m.
Touch screen displays the fabric store time on net belt.
Steam sealing infeed, liquid sealing outlet.
Direct heating pipe, temperature meter, temperature self-control, glass window, inside compensator.
Washing box (4/5)
The number of guiding roller is 4/5, dia. 180 mm, SUS304 stainless steel (2 mm+2 mm), content is 12 m.
Outside ball bearing, mechanism sealing. Top cover could be opened. Outside compensator, roller dia. 125 mm.
The distance between bottom and upper roller is 950 mm, equipped with heating pipe, temperature meter and 2-side big glass window.
Wall plate 3 mm SUS304 stainless steel, except top cover, others 2.5 mm.
The steam wash box is counter current one by one.
Open dosing tank (4/5)
Wall plate 3 mm SUS321 stainless steel. Guide roller dia. 200 mm, covered with 2 mm SUS321 stainless steel. Inside bearing. Indirect heating pipe, temperature display meter, temperature auto control, outside compensator. V type dosing tank.
Open washing box (4/5)
Wall plate 3 mm SUS304 stainless steel. Guide roller dia. 200 mm, covered with 2 mm SUS321 stainless steel. Inside bearing. Indirect heating pipe, temperature display meter, temperature auto control, outside compensator.
3 x 10 cylinder dryer
Each column has 10 dia. 570 mm cylinders, driven by belt. Each column is driven by one 3 kW reduction motor separately. The cylinder is steam heated. Each column has one separate steam trap. The cylinder house is steel frame, anti-drop steam heating device on the top, protection net on transmission part, temperature protection cotton.
Outlet device
Made of 16# channel steel; consists of debatching device, active plaiter, compensator, fabric tension control, cloth guider, the capacity of scray is 400-500 m.
Open-width outlet, plaiter separate transmission system.
Electrical Component
The whole machine speed is controlled by frequency conversion.
Inverter and PLC are Mitsubishi.
All operating buttons and frequency conversion signals are joined to PLC switch feeding unit.
10.4’’ color man-machine interface.
Resistance type angle sensor, main components such as breaker, contactor are famous brand.
The electrical cabinet has fan and anti-drop device.
