      1. Cast iron frame. Piston is compressed on the top. The bottom roller is motor driven, covered of SUS321 stainless steel, dia. 250 mm. The upper roller is passive, covered with the rubber hardness 85°, dia. 250 mm.

      1. Cast iron frame. The piston is compressed. The middle is driven, covered with SUS321 stainless steel, dia. 300 mm. The upper and bottom rollers are passive, covered with hardness 85A±3 acrylonitrile rubber, dia. 350 mm.

    4. Clip section
      1. The distance for the cloth clip in front and back is 19.65 meters, electrical fabric width control system, which ensures the fabric width after exit clip. Adjustment of the chain width from 800 mm to 1800 mm via 9 width adjusting spindles driven by a common motor. All the spindles and the driving common shaft to be of 45 mm diameter. The first 3 spindles to have manual rotating handle and a clutch system to select manual or electric movement. All the 3 clutches will have safety limit switch for interlocking with the width adjustment motor.

      1. 7 upper rollers and 8 bottom rollers, fabric content is 18 m, roller diameter Φ180 mm, with SUS304 stainless steel (2 mm + 2 mm); top and bottom guide roller center distance 950 mm; outside rolling bearing, mechanical seal; heating pipe; built-in welds partition board, top overflow counter current; the roof panel may be opened, water sealing to avoid steam leaking; the big glass window seals strictly; outlet in box bottom. The box body uses the SUS304 stainless steel material, wall sheet thick 3 mm, besides the roof panel others are 2.5 mm.     7. 3 × 10 cylinder dryer
      1. Each column has 10 dia. 570 mm cylinders, driven by belt. Each column is driven by one 3 kW reduction motor separately. The cylinder is heated by steam. Each column has one separate steam trap. The cylinder house is steel frame, anti-drop steam heating device on the top, protection net on transmission part, temperature protection cotton.
    8. Feed unit
      1. Made of 16# channel steel; consist of debatching device, active plaiter, compensator, fabric tension control, cloth guider, the capacity of scray is 400~500 m.

  5. Electric Parts
    1. The whole machine speed is controlled by frequency conversion. Inverter and PLC are Mitsubishi. All operating button and frequency conversion signal are joined to PLC switch feeding unit.
    2. 10.4’’ color man-machine interface.
    3. Resistance type angle sensor, main components such as breaker, contactor are famous brand.
    4. The electrical cabinet has fan and anti-drop device.
