Drying Chamber and Ventilation
Semi-closed ventilation system with centrifugal ventilator
Exhaust by independent ventilator
Perfect thermal insulation achieved through a steel frame fitted with insulating panels, whose inner side is in iron plate
Inspection doors provided for easy access to all driving parts and for observation of the drying process
Conveyor consists of a wire mesh belt, suitable for the required temperature
Conveyor runs through a set of air distributors
Hot air comes with perfect uniformity from the upper blowers and after contact with the material is recovered by the suction of the air tank
Aerothermic chamber provided with centrifugal ventilator, which feeds a duct for the air distribution
Drying process effected in a half-closed cycle; the fanning cycle is with closed cycle, but after each passage the thermohygroscopic power of the air is set up again by means of the expulsion of a little part of damp air and the passage through the heating device
Direct Gas Heating
Plant provided with gas burner with adjustable temperature
Flue gas is directly mixed with the ventilation air, avoiding all heat leakages and increasing performances
Advantages: very low consumption, precise temperature adjustment, very easy maintenance, fast reaching of the running temperature
Heating devices incorporated in the drying chamber (no heat leakage)
Heating plant with low thermic inertia
Temperature adjustment by flame variation
Burner has automatic starting and a photoelectric cell safety device
Gas flow regulated with a thermostat set at the ventilation temperature
Combustion chamber made of refractory steel, cooled with the forced flow of the ventilation air; in this way it acts as first heat exchanger
Automatic Temperature Regulation
Obtained with remote controlled valves, driven by electronic devices
Cooling Section
At the exit is placed a cooling section, 2 meters long, to fix the nonwoven product
Equipped with a series of upper rolls, adjustable by screw jackets, in order to set the requested thickness (from 5 mm to 300 mm)
Cooling action is by suction, crossing the material
Independent ventilator
Electric Panel
Dryer equipped with a functional and complete electric panel
All electric apparatus, other than the series of stopper valves, are equipped with protection devices with automatic disconnection
AC electric motors are equipped with an electromagnetic remote controlled motor protector
All electric apparatus is closed and rationally arranged in a functional cabinet
Supply Limits
All connections with the outside are excluded, i.e.: the exhaust pipes from the connectors on the dryer, the gas piping, the eventual pipe for compressed air and for the water, the electric connection from the line to the panel and from the panel to the machine, all the joining pipes from the dryer to the filtering plant or to the exhaust ventilators and from this one to the outside, eventual building works, the insulation of the ducts
