    3. Factory has been working on indigo dyed textiles since 1995.
    4. Major working processes are as follows: manufacturing denim fabric (yarn from outside purchase is dyed and sized, then after weaving and finishing treatments it becomes ready for cutting processes); manufacturing raw fabric like gabardine, poplin, canvas can also be dyed with indigo, sulphur, reactive, etc.; indigo dyeing of smaller count yarn in order to manufacture shirting fabric; indigo dyeing of knit fabric with tube dyeing method, followed by drying and sanforizing processes.
    5. The tube dyeing machine was company-made and then patented by Tubitak.

    1. A.1 Slasher denim warp dyeing machine

      6. It is possible to dye from 4 up to 30 Ne warp yarn.

      9. At the entrance of the dyeing system there is a hydraulic accumulation system for feeding of the warp with 140 meter capacity.
      10. The machine has tanks for dye preparation, feeding and feed back.
      11. There is a laboratory for dyeing department.
      12. The dyeing machine consists of 3 wash tanks, 8 indigo dyeing tanks and 2 more washing tanks at the end of dyeing.
    2. A.2 Sizing machine

      5. The sizing machine and warp dyeing machine can work separately; which means that you can use it just for sizing the raw warp or dyed warp.
      6. There is a creel for 11 beams at the machine entry point.
      7. The sizing tank is with 2 cylinders (press rolls).
      8. Horizontal drying section with 12 cylinders at the machine exit side.
      9. And also at the end there is a hydraulic accumulation system for the feeding of the warp with 140 meters.
