Overview
Inventory number: E-9101
Brand: Tajima (Catalog) embroidery machine
Model: TME-HC (arm type)
The TME-HC combines a basic embroidery machine with a detachable front table plus a range of specialized frames.
This multifunction machine is a solid performer in many different production roles.
The cap frame attaches and detaches easily, making this often clumsy work far more efficient.
Our frame-driving system uses new software that keeps embroidery precise on curved surfaces.
The system’s range of specialized attachments make it perfect for embroidery on t-shirts, sweat shirts, sweaters, uniforms, caps and other finished products.
Main Features And Functions
Accurate frame drive: both the high-performance drive unit and high precision, durable stepping motors ensure stable and quiet frame driving.
Automatic needle bar selector: colors (needle bars) can be selected up to 99 times in any desired sequence.
Thread tension releasing device: during sewing, tension is automatically released on all unused threads.
Independent take-up lever drive system: the take-up lever only for the needle bar being used operates while the other levers are at rest; this prevents the threads from being entangled. This system also allows the threads to run smoothly for constant ATH trimming.
Both binary and ternary tape formats can be used.
Speed change: speeds can be automatically changed between high and low ranges by tape code data; key operations also allow you to adjust the speeds as required.
Design coordinate: a design can be mirrored both horizontally and vertically and also rotated in 45-degree increments; a total of 16 different positions can be selected.
Memory system: up to 99 designs can be memorized in this system, with the remaining capacity displayed in stitches. (A standard 128,000 stitch memory card is included.)
Automatic repeat: a design can be repeatedly stitched up to 9 times in the x-direction and/or the y-direction.
Frame back function: when a design is damaged by thread breakage, the frame can be stitched back for repairs up to 500 stitches. As soon as the single-head operation to restitch the damaged part is completed, the other heads restart sewing.
Frame forward: the frame can be stepped forward without stitching up to the end of the design.
Scaling up/down function: a design can be scaled up or down in 1% increments from 50% up to 200%.
Design editing: stitch data and function codes can be erased, changed or added.
Return origin: simple key operations return the frame to the design starting point.
Automatic offset/manual offset: to facilitate applique fabric placement and frame changing, the frame can be automatically moved to the preset offset point. After the tasks are completed, the frame can be returned to the point where the offset movement began. Also, even if the frame has been moved using the manual frame travel keys while the machine is stopped, simple key operations enable the frame to return to the previous stitch point.
Display function: various messages are digitally displayed: r.p.m., available memory, stitch count, stop factors, emergency stop codes, etc.
Automatic thread trimming and holding device (ATH): the ATH device can be automatically operated by the design tape code, improving the quality of finished products as well as productivity. Other than a tape code, manual ATH operations are also possible at any desired point of the design.
