In the final step of the Porter pillow top system, the pre-made gusset is sewn to the back of the mattress panel on the ergonomically designed PBS-700 blind stitch machine.
Inner panel, gluing and numerous handling operations are eliminated, resulting in tremendous savings.
After this operation, the pillow top panel is ready to be taped to the mattress border.
