Process Description
1. Successful process for even dyeing: pre-steaming on this machine followed by washing, thereafter open-width fixation on stenter frame.
2. By pre-steaming the formation of creases is eliminated.
3. If fabric goes for fixation first followed by washing and dyeing, then the up to 30% oils on the lycra become insoluble to water which results into uneven dyeing, since the affinity of the dyestuff is not uniform.
