Fehrer, K12, 1991, Air Layed Line, 3600mm Working Width, 100-400 kg/h Capacity

Description

  1. Overview
    1. Inventory number: E-9228
    2. Fehrer air laid line
    3. Year: 1991
    4. Working width: 3600 mm
    5. Efficiency: 100 - 400 kg/h (depending on the nonwoven's density)
    6. Product's density range: 60 - 400 g/m² (the line can easily be adjusted to produce nonwoven of higher density)
    7. Recommended fiber: 4 to 15 dtex, approximate length: 60 mm
    8. The line has new transfer belting
  2. Feed System
    1. Three feed hoppers with weigh pans (3 weigh pan fiber blenders; 2 Hollingsworth and 1 Hergeth)
    2. Currently used for pure polyester fiber, thermobonding fiber, and waste fiber from post-production nonwoven wastes (including opener with tearing unit)
    3. Fehrer V21 unit to form the regular and uniform layer ready to be delivered to the Fehrer card K12
  3. Carding And Forming
    1. Fehrer card K12
    2. Compressing section
  4. Oven And Spraying
    1. 3-level dryer, Mohr oven with 3 passes and 2 spray booths, 16 meters long, gas heated
    2. Including 2 automatical spraying chambers
    3. Currently the line produces nonwoven with 20% of thermobonding fiber; due to this particular process, none of the spraying chambers is used temporarily
  5. Cutting And Winding
    1. Lengthwise cutting unit with 16 separately driven round knives allows slitting the produced nonwoven into freely adjusted widths
    2. The cutting unit is equipped with a cross cutter able to cut the product into sheets (or strips) of the desired length
    3. These various widths can be produced in 360 cm, 2 x 160 cm, 3 x 120 cm, or thinner strips
    4. Longitudinal and cross cutting section
    5. Winding device
  6. Included Components
    1. Fiber pneumatic transport system, filters, driving and electrical units
    2. 2 fiber hopper feeds
    3. 3rd hopper feed for nonwoven reprocess fiber
    4. Fehrer feed V21
    5. Fehrer card K12
    6. Compressing section
    7. Spraying chamber
    8. 3-level heating chamber (gas) spraying chambers: Mohr oven, 3 passes with 2 spray booths, 16 meters long, gas heated
    9. Longitudinal and cross cutting section
    10. Winding device
    11. Dust filters
    12. Control panels
    13. Complete set of transport and exhaust ventilation
  7. Condition
    1. At the moment these are used for pure polyester fiber, thermobonding fiber and waste fiber from post-production nonwoven wastes (including opener with tearing unit)
    2. At the moment the line produces nonwoven with 20% of thermobonding fiber
    3. Due to this particular process temporarily none of spraying chambers is used
    4. The line has new transfer belting
