The power feed is disabled.
Straight sewing is engaged.
The darning foot is engaged which allows for easy multi directional movement when repairing the most complicated patterns on the most difficult panels.
For label sewing capability push the button again.

These functions are controlled by the operator foot pedal in the heel back position.

The foot, feedlift, backtack and thread trimming combination are actioned as simultaneous functions by the operator foot pedal in the heel back position.
At the same time the needle positions automatically in either the upper or lower position for easy rotation and loading of panels when attaching labels.
The automatic thread trimming/backtack combination allows for quick diagonal positioning of the panel/label when sewing, while achieving the best results with minimum rotation of panel.
To ensure consistent tailoring a top and bottom power feed system is provided which delivers constant stitch length, ensuring perfect presentation of your labels every time, even under even the most difficult sewing conditions.
The variable speed dial allows the machine speed to be adjusted to suit all sewing conditions.

Can sew high density latex without any problem.
Head is a modified pfaff 418.
