1-ton pneumatic press with a 2” stroke

Machine operates all pneumatically - no electricity needed for the movements
The punch as well as the paper advance is handled by pneumatic cylinders - about 2 cubic feet per minute is required (9.5 hp)
Electricity is needed for the heating of the dye - 5 amps required

The head would be tripped by either a 24v pulse coming from your machine, or by a photo-electric eye monitoring the web for a registration mark or a rotary encoder
The frame would bolt-onto the existing inspection machine (must be horizontal with the assumption that the base of the machine is suitable sturdy to accept a hot stamp print)
Guarding would need to be completed by you as this is specific to the location where it eventually gets mounted
