  3. E.R.I. Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG)
    1. 170,000 lb/hr E.R.I. HRSG, 500 psig DP @ 650°F SH package watertube boiler series MFA-5-120-SH
    2. Shop assembled 'A' type design composed of 54 in ID steam drum and (2) 24 in OD lower drums with 2 in OD tubes
    3. Total heating surface: 29,877 sq ft
    4. Boiler has a 2,022 sq ft ±650°F superheater and 22,351 sq ft economizer
    5. Built in 2001 in accordance with ASME code and bearing NB and HSB stamping
    6. Equipped with a Verloop package natural gas burner
    7. Equipped with combustion safeguard controls, fuel trains, duct connection to combustion turbine having 954°F gas temperature input
    8. Boiler will generate 27,400 lb/hr with its own burner, with inlet guillotine damper closed
    9. Includes all standard boiler valve trim, regulators and controls, FD fans with motors, interconnecting piping and ductwork and valves

  4. GE Steam Turbine Generating Set
    1. 3.5 MW GE extraction, back pressure (non-condensing) steam turbine generating set, 3/60/4160V
    2. Multi-stage, multi-valve steam turbine presently operating at 400 psi @ 650°F with A.E. 125 psig and 30 lb BP exhaust
    3. Direct connected to an 8000 KVA GE A.C. generator, 3/60/4160V with exciter, throttle valve, new electronic governor, oil lube system with pumps, new controls and switchgear
    4. Present steam rate is ±30.3 lb/kW-hr
    5. Unit was originally rated at 3500 kW as a straight condensing unit, operated at 190 psig @ 843.7°F, 1.5 in Hg abs exhaust at 4160V
    6. This 12-stage multi-valve turbine was reworked and rerated to the above extraction, back pressure machine
    7. The 10th stage was removed for the 30 lb back pressure feature
    8. Turbine rows 1-7 were replaced with new, and some nozzles were replaced
    9. The generator and rotor have been rewound, therefore upgraded in capacity with the addition of a new generator cooler
    10. The original rotating exciter is stored on site, along with a 3500 sq ft Westinghouse surface condenser with circulating pumps, steam ejector, and lube oil filtering system
    11. Also available and installed over the unit is a 25 ton x 20 ft wide floor controlled Shaw box crane

    2. 2-drum bent-tube type Stirling composed of a completely water-cooled furnace with top-supported construction
    3. Consisting of a 54 in steam drum and a 36 in lower drum, designed for a total heating surface of 11,106 sq ft, of which 1,686 sq ft are in the waterwalls
    4. Fitted with (1) 1,470 sq ft pendant type, single-pass superheater
    5. No insulation or casing is included
    6. Valve trim consists of (3) 2 in safety valves (2 for boiler and 2 for superheater), (1) Bailey 2-element feedwater regulator with bypass arrangement, (1) water column with gauge glass, (3) 1.5 in Yarway tandem blowoff valves, (1) continuous blowdown valve, (1) 4 in feed stop and check valve, drain valves, (1) 6 in main outlet valve, Diamond or Copes sootblowers as well as relating valve trim, regulators, and controls
