  3. Process Description
    1. The line produces high quality nonwoven by airlaid method - which eliminates need for a cross lapper
    2. The method consists condensing the fiber on the Fehrer V21 machine to form a uniform layer ready to be delivered to the Fehrer card K12
    3. After garnetting the web of nonwoven is delivered to 3-level setting oven
    4. The oven is equipped with 2 automatic spraying chambers - which are used for latex spraying (in case of using no thermobonding fiber)
    5. At the moment the line produces nonwoven with 20% of thermobonding fiber
    6. Due to this process, at the moment none of spraying chambers are used
    7. A slitter with 16 separately driven round knives allow to slit the produced nonwoven into various widths
    8. The slitter has also a cross cutter able to cut the product into panels (or strips) of desired length
    9. The plant can produce nonwovens of width up to 3600 mm, or 2 x 1600 mm, or 3 x 1200 mm or thinner strips
    10. The line produces nonwoven which can be used for various purposes as: quilts and pillows fillings, garment, furniture covering, heat insulations, filtering and others
  4. Condition and Maintenance
    1. All the card's bearings have been replaced with new ones
    2. All door gaskets and vertical insulation in oven has also been changed to reduce heat emissions
    3. The line has new transfer conveyor belts

    1. The offer is the complete set of machines together with fiber pneumatic transport system, filters, motor drives and electrical controls
    2. Three openers feed the fiber to be processed - in requested proportions: one each for pure polyester fiber, thermobonding fiber, and surplus fiber from post-production nonwoven excess (opener with tearing unit)
