The Kusters S-roll 170, part of the scope, is able to operate with a surface temperature of 170 °C
When used in production and for special applications, it usually operated with surface temperature on the S-roll and steel roll of about 140-150 °C
Sometimes production is run with roll surface temperature of about 160-165 °C
The steel roll can operate up to approximately 250 °C, 25% of thermobonding surface, linear pressure of 125 N
The machine is suitable for 12 to 100 gsm
