Suitable for continuous powder application on guided horizontal surfaces
Fabric runs at constant speed below the solidly assembled coating unit
Powder is fed into a funnel which disperses it onto a turning roller
Resiliently assembled doctor blade wipes excessive powder off, leaving it in the intermediate space of the roller surface only
Powder is brushed out of the scatter roller by one oscillating brush and drops onto the fabric underneath

Welded, vibration-free steel construction
Lateral cheeks in the powder hopper, manually infinitely adjustable for different scattering widths
Scatter roller covered with special needle clothing
Resiliently assembled doctor blade
Drive unit with adjustable DC-motor
Oscillating brush with pivoted guiding and built-on distribution sieve
Brush with attached distribution sieve can be swiveled away for cleaning and maintenance purposes by pneumatic cylinders

Control panel with on/off switch for roller, brush, motor and remote-control switches are completely integrated into the machine housing
To limit dust emission, the distributing section is enclosed at the in- and outlet sides
A speed synchronization device synchronizes the speed of the scatter coating machine with the production line speed, enabling the application rate to be automatically adjusted
Powder Conveying System Sfg 35
Used for the automatic feed-in of powder from a silo, bag or container to the scatter coating machine
A turbine produces negative pressure which causes the powder to be conveyed to the unit through a hose assembly
Maximum conveying distance is 20 m (on request bigger distances)
Powder is separated from the transporting air flow by a multiple bag filter and filled into the powder dispense
After a cycle time which can be set by the operator, the container is emptied into the scatter machine hopper
After emptying, the bag filter is cleaned with a blast of oil-free, compressed air
Powder dispenser is mounted on a reversing motor-driven carrier and thus distributes the powder uniformly into the hopper of the scatter machine
A level sensor ensures the accurate filling by stopping and starting the filling cycle
Scope of supply includes an anti-static feed hose of 8 m length and an electronic control system
Turbine is mounted within the carrier
Maximum capacity: 350 kg/h
