Description

  1. General Description
    1. Water and electricity consumption ratio: 5 t of potato, 6 t of fresh water, 200 kWh of electricity, 1 t of steam at 0.6-0.8 MPa.
    2. Operation personnel needed: 3 shifts, 6 workers per shift.
    3. Floor space for flour production line: 30 m x 20 m = 600 m², height 8 m.

  3. Technical Description
    1. Cleaning section for fresh potato: washing and drying potato from impurities such as dust and other impurities to get clean dry potato.
    2. Milling and grinding section: grinding clean potato root into potato slurry to make it easy dewatering and drying.
    3. De-hydrating section: sending the fine slurry to dewatering machine to remove the moisture inside the slurry, and then send it to the air dryer.
    4. Drying section: drying dewatered potato flour in the air dryer to get dry product.
    5. Packing section: after drying, potato flour will be sieving by a product sieve and then packed by automatic packer.
